Order Acknowledgment Hours

Foreign Currency Express is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, security reviews, or events beyond our control.
- PAYMENT METHODS AND FEES
Accepted payment methods may include U.S.-issued credit and/or debit cards, ACH, Venmo, Zelle. Transaction fees and shipping fees, if applicable, are disclosed prior to checkout.
Your card issuer may treat foreign currency transactions as **cash advances** and apply additional fees. These fees are imposed solely by your card issuer and are not controlled or refunded by Foreign Currency Express.
- CANCELLATIONS AND FINALITY OF TRANSACTIONS
Due to currency volatility and security requirements:
* Orders **cannot be modified once processed**
* Orders may be cancelled **only before processing**
* Once fulfilled or picked up, **all foreign currency transactions are final**
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original payment method and in accordance with these Terms.
- RETURNS, ERRORS, AND DISPUTES
If you believe an error occurred due to our fault, you must notify us within **10 days** of delivery. We will investigate in accordance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
If an error is confirmed, we may replace the order or correct the transaction. Foreign currency buybacks, if applicable, are conducted at the **current buy rate**, not the original sell rate.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreign Currency Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our maximum liability for any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that transaction.
- PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY
Use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, verification, retention, and lawful disclosure of personal information for compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction fulfillment.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
