Order Acknowledgment Hours
Online orders are acknowledged and processed only if placed between:
9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Orders placed outside these hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be acknowledged on the next business day.
These limits apply to Home Delivery orders and may be modified at our discretion in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Foreign Currency Express reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order if a pricing, availability, or system error is identified.
Home Delivery Orders
Foreign Currency Express is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, security reviews, or events beyond our control.
Accepted payment methods may include U.S.-issued credit and/or debit cards, ACH, Venmo, and Zelle. Transaction fees and shipping fees, if applicable, are disclosed prior to checkout.
Your card issuer may treat foreign currency transactions as cash advances and apply additional fees. These fees are imposed solely by your card issuer and are not controlled or refunded by Foreign Currency Express.
Refunds, if applicable, will be issued only to the original payment method and in accordance with these Terms.
If you believe an error occurred due to our fault, you must notify us within 10 days of delivery. We will investigate in accordance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
If an error is confirmed, we may replace the order or correct the transaction. Foreign currency buybacks, if applicable, are conducted at the current buy rate, not the original sell rate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foreign Currency Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability for any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for that transaction.
Use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, verification, retention, and lawful disclosure of personal information for compliance, fraud prevention, and transaction fulfillment.
Foreign Currency Express may amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and become effective immediately upon posting.
